How far in advance should I book? 我应该提前多久预订？

For standard setups, we recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance. For weddings and large corporate events, please book 1-3 months ahead to secure your preferred date and allow time for custom prop manufacturing. 对于标准布置，我们建议至少提前 1-2 周预订。对于婚礼和大型企业活动，请提前 1-3 个月预订，以确保您的首选日期并留出定制道具制作的时间。

Do you provide delivery for gift hampers? 礼篮提供配送服务吗？

Yes! We provide delivery services across the Klang Valley area. Delivery fees are calculated based on the distance from our studio. Nationwide shipping is available for certain non-fragile gift boxes. 是的！我们提供雪隆区内的配送服务。运费根据距离我们的工作室远近计算。某些不易碎的礼盒可提供全马邮寄服务。

Is teardown included in the decoration packages? 布置配套包含拆卸服务吗？

Yes, most of our event setup packages include teardown service on the same day or the following day. We will coordinate the teardown timing with your venue directly. 是的，我们的大多数活动布置配套都包含当天或第二天的拆卸服务。我们将直接与您的场地协调拆卸时间。

Can I customize the balloon colors and backdrop theme? 我可以定制气球颜色和背景主题吗？
